Dietary Supplements for a Natural Energy Boost

Millions of people are spending billions of dollars each year buying energy drinks to keep them alert during the day.  Many of these drinks work by providing a high dose of caffeine, a known stimulant.  While it does stimulate your brain and give you a boost of energy, it also increases your heart rate.  Too much caffeine is not good for overall health.
