Reducing Calories Is Not Enough To Reach Your Primal Lean

It is natural to conclude that in order to lose weight you need to reduce calories to reach your primal lean goals.  The more calories you eat, the more calories you need to burn off. While this is basically true, it’s not that simple.

Be careful to avoid starvation.  You need to eat in order to lose weight.  Just make sure what you are eating is healthy and nutritious.  A dinner that contains a nice salad with broiled chicken and steamed broccoli is much better for you than a whole pizza.  If you get hungry later, snack on fruits or vegetables.  An apple has a lot of fiber and will normally be enough to fill your belly. Once you have reached your desired weight, you will be able to enjoy an occasional slice or two of pizza without the fear of gaining weight.
